William is 9 months old (yesterday). He is such a big boy, crawling everywhere, pulling up to stand on everything, getting into anything he can find...and most of all being wonderful. He says "dada" and "mama", but he'll say it to anyone. Our wonderful sitter, Kristie, has taught him to clap so now Ella thinks she always has an audience.
Weight: 21 lbs 11 oz (70th %)
Length: 30.5" (over 95th %...tall boy)
Head: 18 5/16 (80th %)
So, overall he's just a big kid, but so much fun!!

4 YEARS!!!
ENGAGEMENT:
REHEARSAL DINNER:
WEDDING:
HONEYMOON:
Joe and I have been married for 4 years today. Anyone who knew us 5 years ago today (including our good friend Becky) wouldn't have guessed this day in a million years. We started dating 5 years ago on November 7, 2003 and life has never been the same. I met and married the man that God had designed just for me. He accepted me, flaws and all. There isn't another person on earth I would have wanted to endure what the last 2.5 years have brought regarding Ella, the joys or the sorrows. I look forward to watching him teach our son sports and responsible spending (because I won't!!). Most of all I enjoy watching our family fall in love with our Lord and Savior through Joe's guidance. What an awesome responsibility he has taken on and is living up to more than I could have ever hoped or dreamed for.

It's been a while since I've given a big update on what is going on in our house, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to catch you up on the four of us:
- I have been sick for almost 2 months now. At first they thought the Group B Strep (what Ella had when she was born) was just causing me to feel poorly; then they diagnosed me with the flu; as of a week or so ago they said I had fibromyalgia; and now I have a horrible cough and sinus infection (they think)...I go back to the doctor on Tuesday and hopefully I'll get some answers. I've been trying to lay low but it's been REALLY hard with my desire to be involved in everything and having to make sure Ella gets to all of her appointments. Luckily Joe decided to take this past Friday and this coming up Monday and Tuesday off work so I'm getting some down time.
- Ella is doing wonderfully. She is sitting and kneeling so great lately and follows her brother everywhere. She gets into things that she never even noticed before, because Will gets into everything. She has been wearing her orthotics, but only when she is working on walking. We are working on getting her a gait trainer, which will help her learn how to take steps and move her more towards walking. We meet with a neuro-opthomologist this week to determine more details on her vision and what can be done to help her function better. She is waving more and we think she is trying to talk and communicate, but it's not consistent so we just keep working. She now has pool therapy twice a week (once is pt and ot and the other is just ot). Then we have speech 3x a week and pt on land...oh, and an ot on land. BUSY!!
- Will is changing every day. He is crawling non-stop and pulls up on everything to stand. He is starting to figure out the art of moving his feet and we know he'll be walking soon. He's about 8.5 months right now and loving life. He lives to eat and has progressed to snacks like Cheerios. He has made it 12+ hours at night without needing us, but sometimes he still needs a little snack...he's a growing boy.
- Joe's job has been crazy with all the market changes and this weekend we will get him for 5 days straight...such a blessing, for myself and the kids.
I've thought of so many things to write lately, but my brain isn't working so well today. Maybe I'll take a nap and write some things that are on my heart. I don't know if people would rather hear my ramblings or just see pictures....I'll try and do a little of both.
