We usually pay between 6-10. Like the previous comment - more if they are awake, less if they're sleeping for most of their time there. But this is for only 1 kid. ;) hope that helps.
We've paid $7/8 because usually our little one is only awake for about an hour or so. The rest of the time he's sleeping. But I will say that I've heard of some students getting $15 for multiple children.
Last I heard, it was about $10 an hour, depending on the age and experience of the person sitting.

Holy cow - those prices make me never want to get a babysitter! I know Leigh pays $4 an hour per child.

ReplyDeleteI've heard $10 as well. Can you believe it...that is wayyy over minimum wage. I remember when I got $2 bucks an hour!
